Mounds of Dirt Arrive to Galloway NJ Building Amid Construction

A former medical building in Galloway continues to be transformed as mounds of dirt arrive to the property.

I've been watching the Stockton Medical Building, on the corner of Jimmie Leeds and Chris Gaupp Rd., for some time now, monitoring its progress since it went up for sale.

A few weeks back, I noticed something was afoot. There was suddenly an architect's trailer on the property and someone seeming to survey the building. The addition of a backhoe seemed to indicate demolition was the plan.

Medical Building in Galloway Looks Prepped for Demolition

Over the weekend, more evidence of that appeared on the site, in the form of several mounds of dirt. And, there is this little, narrow path I use to cut from the 76 West Park Centre medical offices just behind Stockton Medical Building, by The Exchange, to get to the nearby Starbucks. That pathway now looks like it's been cleared, and a few trees have been brought down, possibly to connect the parking lot from those medical offices to the Stockton Med Center property.
