Body Cam Video Released of Fatal Vineland Police Shooting

The Cumberland County Prosecutor has released body cam video footage of the fatal shooting of a 37-year-old Cumberland County man last week.

Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae released the video which lasts about 28 minutes. She says Rashaun Washington had "alluded to having an explosive device wrapped in a t-shirt during the encounter." The released video ends just as shots are fired.

The investigation is continuing.
