Free Fall Family Fun at Blackwood NJ’s Upcoming 30th Annual Pumpkin Festival
Round up the family and get ready for some free fall fun when the Blackwood Pumpkin Festival returns in October.
The date is set!
October 1st marks the 30th anniversary of the beloved Pumpkin Festival in Blackwood in Gloucester Township.
The Pumpkin Festival has long been a community favorite and an event those of us, like me, who grew up in Gloucester Township, look forward to every year.
This year, there's lot of family fun to be had, including:
- food vendors/food trucks
- live music
- hayrides
- moon bounces
- pumpkin painting
- petting zoo
- scarecrow building
There are several contests taking place at Blackwood Pumpkin Festival, too, like a costume contest, pet parade contest, pumpkin carving contest, pumpkin decorating contest, home decorating contest (for local residents), and more, according to mainstage.org.
You can catch the Pumpkin Festival in Blackwood on October 1st from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. spanning a portion of the Black Horse Pike near Harwan Park.
