Absegami High School in Galloway Crowns a New Mr. Absegami

Absegami High School now has a new king! And what an entertaining night it was.

The annual competition happened Friday night at the high school in Galloway, with 12 senior guys vying for the title of 2018 Mr. Absegami. I was one of the lucky judges watching while the contestants showed off some swimwear, talent, and tuxedos.

After a night filled with comedy, lip synching, and even rhythmic gymnastics, it came down to the Top 4. Wayne Valiante, Hunter O'Brien, Jason Ferriero, and Andy Giang. After all the numbers were crunched, the crown went to Andy Giang!

I have to give it to these guys. It looked like A LOT of work went into the competition, and ALL of them were completely committed to entertaining the audience. It was cool to see a competition where no one took themselves too seriously. It was a really funny night, and I was so happy to be included.
