A Baby Was Found Alone Crawling Across Busy Street in Ocean County

This is probably one of the craziest things you will ever see while driving.
Imagine driving in Lakewood on a Saturday afternoon minding your own business when all of a sudden you see a small baby crawl across the street by themselves. So many thoughts run through your head.
That is exactly what happened to Cory Cannon. The 43 year-old saw a little boy cross Joe Parker Road in Lakewood while driving on his way to work that night.
He immediately stopped traffic on the road and notified the police immediately. A neighbor eventually returned the baby back to his home.
Police suspect that the infant might have escaped the house via open door that an older brother left open. The family did not realize that the infant escaped until a neighbor returned the baby.
As of now an investigation is still under way.
