This week's full moon is the September "harvest moon", here's when to look for it.

Fall officially arrived Saturday, commencing the autumnal equinox. Monday night, we'll see a Harvest Moon rising beginning at about 7 p.m. The moon will be at it's highest just before 11 p.m., according to NJ.com.

Although worth the gazing, this full moon will not be on par with a supermoon or blood moon, but it will brighten the night sky from late Sunday through Tuesday morning.

And, in case you were wondering, the term "harvest moon" refers to the harvesting of crops in September in North America, traditionally allowed farmers to more light to finish harvesting corn, and barley, for example.
