13 Halloween Candies That Are Honestly the Worst

After reading NY Daily News list of the "worst" Halloween candy, I was inspired to make my own. Mostly because I refuse to believe Smarties and Twizzlers are the worst Halloween candies on the planet (have you had candy corn?! gag).
