On January 22, 2019, a huge fire destroyed the BH Furniture store on the Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township. 777 days later, that charred building remains standing.

Since that building sits at a prime location -- right where Tilton Road meets the Black Horse Pike and just adjacent to the Garden State Parkway -- I decided to work on a wish list of things that should replace that building if/when that land ever gets redeveloped.

Now, let me stress this is a wish list -- it's kinda like when you were 8-years-old and you had either a pony or a Lamborghini on your list for Santa. Some of these aren't really feasible, some won't fit on that plot of land, but if I could wave a magic wand...
