UFO Spotted Over Atlantic City

What could this UFO be, spotted above the casinos and hotels in Atlantic City?

According to looknowtv who posted this video on YouTube, a couple who were visiting Atlantic City, were shooting video of the skyline when they spotted an object that looked to be hovering in the vicinity of the former Revel Casino - Hotel.

The couple, initially thought the strange object might have been a banner plane, flying above the beach.

After they studied the video more, they claim that the object was moving in a way that was not like a banner plane at all, and said that it then moved away at a high rate of speed.
