My Girlfriend makes the most amazing jerk chicken wings I've ever had.  Now I know what you're thinking and my answer is no, she didn't pay me or force me to say that.  This dish is truly one of the main highlights to my Super Bowl Sunday, and now I want to share this recipe with YOU.  Oh, and by the way, the wings are HEALTHY.  (Seriously).

Charlee consistently eats clean, low-carb foods. (Except when I give her red velvet cupcakes, then all that healthy boo ha ha goes away).  Once upon a Sunday, she made these Jerk Chicken Wings that tasted amazing, and wasn't even deep-fried or breaded! So if you're trying to find ways for your family to eat healthier this Sunday, keep reading.

This recipe makes 6 wings. Increase accordingly if you really really like wings. And don’t forget to line the pan with foil, or you’ll need a new pan.

6 skin-on, bone-in chicken wings
3 TBSP Jerk seasoning
3 TBSP sugar-free orange marmalade
3 TBSP water
1 TBSP lime juice

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cover a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
2. Toss the wings with the jerk seasoning and roast for 40 minutes.
3. Microwave the orange marmalade, water, and lime juice for 15 seconds. Brush mixture onto the wings (use it up) and roast for another 5 minutes.

Got it? Enjoy! This recipe is just one of MANY dishes that I love.  For more on Charlee's tasty recipes that are 100% clean, including her spinach crusted pizza,  click here.
