Madonna To Kick Off North American Tour In Philadelphia

Get those credit cards ready--it's official.  The Material Girl hits Philly's Wells Fargo Center this summer.  And tickets for her August 28th tour stop in the city of brotherly love could be steep.  Packages are ranging from $250-$1250 per person.  Limited pre-sales are already taking place.  The general public will get a crack at Madonna tickets this Monday, February 13th.
