Justin Timberlake and Jay Z Announce Summer Tour [VIDEO]

It's official.  Justin Timberlake and Jay Z's partnership is expanding from 'Suit & Tie' to an entire summer tour, and they're passing through Philly.

JT and Hova's Legends of the Summer Tour will hit stadiums across North America beginning July 17th in Toronto.  The trek will stop at 12 cities, including Philadelphia on August 13th, the second to last day of the tour. VIP ticket packages are available beginning today via Citicard, Facebook, Live Nation and VIP Nation.  Standard tickets go on sale Thursday, February 28th.
