With a new adventure comes new friends (and foes), and Dory will be meeting a whole host of unfamiliar faces in Finding Dory, Pixar’s long-awaited follow-up to Finding Nemo. As the title suggests, it’s the endearingly absent-minded blue fish who takes the spotlight this time around, but you’re already well-acquainted with Dory and her pals. It’s time to get to know a few of the other characters we’ll meet in the upcoming sequel.

USA Today debuted a bunch of character photos from Finding Dory, which you can view below. Ellen DeGeneres returns as the voice of Dory, who heads off on adventure of her very own to find her parents, voiced by Eugene Levy and Diane Keaton. She’s joined by Albert Brooks’ Marlin and his son, Nemo — but let’s get to the characters we haven’t yet met.

Among the images below, you’ll find a pair of sea lions voice by Idris Elba and Dominic West, former co-stars on HBO’s The Wire. Director Andrew Stanton readily admits that that while he hired the pair because they’re great actors, he “really wanted to witness a Wire reunion.” Totally fair.

Also of note are the sea otters, which are absolutely, 100 percent the cutest Pixar characters since Boo in Monsters Inc. Stanton says that real-life otters are “quite vicious,” but, he adds, “The otters ended up being more successful as cute creatures that just stare at you. We knew the effect they have on people.”

As for other familiar faces, Stanton says there are some Finding Nemo cameos in Finding Dory, and advises you to stay through the credits for a special surprise. Meet the rest of the new characters below.

First up are Jenny and Charlie, Dory’s parents, played by Keaton and Levy:
