A Woman Walks Around Her Neighborhood Dressed as the Abominable Snowman [VIDEO]

Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer was on TV last night, and the abominable snowman apparently had to walk the dog!

Or a woman in Wisconsin had a very creative way to stay warm.  Either way, it's still cool!
