'You Only Get One Time, To Be Big Time'. Dutch is based on the first book of Woods' trilogy. The film centers on Bernard James, Jr. aka “Dutch” (played by Gross), a player who seizes control of an African drug lord’s heroine business, only to find himself surrounded by enemies, including a vengeful mob boss who happens to be in a high ranking position of power.
