Vacancy alert! Ventnor is officially saying goodbye to a beloved Wawa location. The property, located at 301 N. Dorset Ave, has been listed by Ocean City New Jersey Homes for $550,000. The former Wawa has 2900 sq. feet of business potential, with parking for 7 with the possibility of 3 more spaces becoming available.

The Wawa, which was originally built in 1975, was considered a second home by many local residents has been closed since the end of September 2017.

So what should move into this space? Are we thinking a coffee shop? A surf shop? Perhaps a new eatery?

Maybe you've dreamed of owning your own business and just needed the perfect spot to call "home". If you're ready to take on a "big boss" role then this opportunity might be for you.

If it were up to me, and I had over a half of million dollars lying around I would open a Dunkin'.

I know there is a sleek new and modern Dunkin' on Ventnor Ave but, this is my dream, right? I would have plenty of DD, hopefully on the house, since I would own the business, to keep me fueled 24/7.

Let us know what business you would like to see open up at the former Ventnor Wawa?
