What People from NJ do When Stuck in Traffic
New Jersey State Police say a dump truck collided with an abutment on the southbound side under the Wood Street overpass between exit 13 for the Goethals Bridge and exit 12 (Carteret) around 10:30 a.m. this morning. One person has died as a result.
This has literally stopped traffic completely on the Turnpike and GSP traffic is crawling for 30 miles as of this writing.
Turnpike delays are on going and are expected to last into the night.
There's nothing worse than being stuck in traffic and having no way out. It's a unique kind of frustration. But, some drivers are making the best out of the situation.
