In an effort to reach residents across the whole township, especially in neighborhoods with that a lot of kids, senior citizens, and affordable housing developments. NJ.com reports.
The Washington Township Police Department is connecting with the community via the Bomb Pop Patrol!
It's always so nice to have a positive reason to talk to law enforcement and relate to them on a one-on-one level. And to be gifted a delicious treat? That's such a cool thing to do!
Don't even be surprised if the next time you see Bomb Pop Patrol that Washington Township Police Chief Patrick Gurcsik is the one passing you your free ice cream.
