Vineland Man Receives Fourth DUI Arrest In A Month

Anderson Sotomayor was taken into custody Saturday for driving while intoxicated.  The 45-year old Vineland man's police record shows this latest arrest was his fourth for DUI in just over a month, NBC40 reports.

     Sotomayor was travelling on Grape Street Saturday when he was pulled over by police.  He was arrested after refusing to submit to a breathalyzer test.  This is just the latest in a string of DUI's for Sotomayer who was sighted for driving under the influence on April 9, Aprill 11, and again on April 25.  Two of those three incidents resulted in a collision. 

Sotomayer was also charged with improper passing, leaving an accident scene and failing to report an accident after he collided with a school bus on April 2.
