Tie Vote Kills Cape May Bid For Ban On Smoking On Beaches

Just when you thought cigarettes were going to be banned on the beaches of Cape May, and eventually spread the ban on other beaches, we have a tie vote.   Why so close?  When we last discussed this issue on the SoJO Morning show, it looked like this ban was more then a go.  I'm not advocating smoking on the beach, or not smoking on the beach, I'm just surprised this vote was so close.

What do you think?  Let's also re-visit this, should smoking be banned on the beaches of South Jersey?
