The Turkey Talk-Line is There For Your Dinner Emergency

Help is out there for you should you be overwhelmed with the Thanksgiving dinner, and the most famous number to remember is 1-800-BUTTERBALL!

The Butterball Turkey Talk-Line has been in existence for over 30 years, in their debut year of 1981 about 11,000 people called 1-800-288-8732 between November and December, and last year over 12,000 people called on Thanksgiving Day alone!

There will be some 57 turkey experts manning the phones to help you through any turkey conundrum.  The hard working people who are giving up their holiday to be in Illinois (at Butterball University) to be there for you can handle any turkey trauma you may suffer.

This year, the hotline is projecting over a Million calls this holiday season.  The hotline will be open starting at 6am on Thanksgiving (and go to 5pm that night).  You can ask questions during this time via Twitter and the Butterball Facebook page.
