The Must-Have Eye Shadow Palette for Brown-Eyed Girls! — Heather’s February Hot List
It's the last day of February! This month flew by, but I still managed to find some new favorite things I want to introduce you to, like the most amazing eye shadows for girls with brown and hazel eyes!
This month I found a cozy, crushed-velvet hoodie at a boutique inside Hamilton Mall that I'm LIVING in. I also went back to a wallet-friendly concealer that beats some of the best high-end brands, in my opinion.
