The Laziest Person to Ever Go Down the Steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art [VIDEO]

Ever since Sylvester Stallone's Rocky was released, the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art have never been the same....especially now.

Of course, those are the steps of  the famous setting of Stallone's character, Rocky Balboa, jumping with hands held high after a particularly grueling workout montage.

Fans have flocked to the locale to have their pictures taken in similar fashion for years, but for the first time ever, police have questioned the driver of a BMW convertible that was spotted driving down the steps!

Could this be the 'Laziest Rocky' ever?
