Oops! 6 Taylor Swift New Jersey Concert Tickets Mistakenly End Up in California
Taylor Swift is one weekend away from playing MetLife Stadium in North Jersey, but someone's VIP tickets to the show are accidentally on the other side of the country and they don't even know it.
I'm hoping this is an honest mistake. Hopefully, this wasn't a scam or something someone did on purpose, because some Swifties would cut a person for messing with their 'The Eras Tour' tickets. You know how nearly IMPOSSIBLE they've been to get!
One California family isn't getting on a plane to New Jersey to take advantage of their weird luck that half a dozen of the most sought-after concert tickets this year ended up on THEIR doorstep. All they want to do, according to 6abc.com, is find their rightful owner.
A package containing the VIP tickets for one of the upcoming shows in E. Rutherford had the California family's address on it, but they say they never ordered Taylor Swift tickets.
It was a 19-year-old girl who lives at the house who opened the ticket package and couldn't believe her eyes, 6abc.com reports.
Even though, as ABC7 points out, these tickets 'could be resold for thousands of dollars on the open market', the teen's mother told her daughter the right thing to do was try and help get the Taylor Swift tickets to the person who actually bought them.
The California family who received the tickets and where they live so far remains anonymous, even when they spoke with local news. Who could blame them?
So, either the genuine ticket buyer has so much money they don't even know the tickets are missing or they're going out of their mind with fury and worry wondering where the heck they ended up.

We'll keep you posted!
