Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer announced Thursday that Donald Rutter, 52, of Tuckerton, was indicted by a Grand Jury on charges of attempted murder.

That's right the Stewart's on Route 9 in Tuckerton has posted that they will be opening on my birthday! April 15th the Root Beer is back and I cannot wait. I guess I will definitely have to have a root beer now on my birthday :)

For example I live in Little Egg Harbor and our section of Route 9 is fine and the same through Tuckerton as well. Yes it gets busy at 5 pm weeknights and the weekends, especially in summer, can be a bit slow........
