It's been 10 years since Shania Twain stepped foot on the Academy of Country Music Awards stage, but all eyes were on the singer as she finally returned for last night's ceremony.

Somerdale, New Jersey teen Kevin McGuire is not well enough to fulfill his dream of a date with Taylor Swift.  The Sterling High School student, currently battling cancer, will not be healthy enough to accept Swift's invitation to be by her side during tonight's Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas.
