Surveillance Footage of Lindsay Lohan Sideswiping Pedestrian [VIDEO]

The proof may be in the security footage.  Lindsay Lohan was arrested this week (yet again) after the vehicle she was driving allegedly met with a pedestrian in an alley of New York City.  Watch recently released surveillance video of the incident.

A pedestrian named Jose Rodriguez, a 34-year old restaurant owner from Jersey City, New Jersey claims Lohan clipped him with her Porsche Cayenne as she left Manhattan's Dream Hotel.  The troubled star was taken into custody and issued a summons upon her release.  Rodriguez was taken to an area hospital with injuries to his knee, according to Yahoo! News.

Lindsay Lohan is attempting to relaunch her acting career with November's Lifetime movie Liz And Dick in which she'll portray the late screen legend Elizabeth Taylor.  She is due back in court to answer for her most recent motor vehicle offense on October 23.
