Stolen Dog Reunites With Its Owner in Heartwarming Video

Meet Jasper.  He has been reported missing back in September 2014.

The pup was sold to a woman, and she was looking after him for the last three months.  When he was found wandering, Jasper was scanned for a microchip, and the information showed his correct address.   The Vet quickly contacted his rightful owner, and thus you have this awesome reunion.
