The coronavirus pandemic has caused so many problems for the retail industry. Many stores will never open again after being temporarily shut down due to COVID-19

Changes are on the horizon for Starbucks as the company has announced the closings of up to 400 stores, which will take place over the next 18 months according to a report from NJ.com.

Strabucks will focus on expanded drive thru and delivery service options. The coffee chain giant stands to loose over $3 billion dollars due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Starbucks has over 250 locations in the Garden State including: Somers Point, Galloway Township, Ocean City, Mays Landing, Egg Harbor and Rio Grande in South Jersey. There is no word if any New Jersey location will be on the list of stores to be closed.
