South Jersey Teen Nearly Becomes a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader
18-year-old Brianna Wilhere was a South Jersey girl in a big Texas world on the road to becoming a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader before her journey was cut short.
Wilhere, who hails from Medford, has been featured all this season of Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team on the CMT network. The reality series follows hopefuls auditioning to become a DCC. Brianna made it through open call and final auditions to receive a coveted spot in training camp, but she was eliminated during last week's episode.
Even though I'm an Eagles fan, I'm obsessed with this show and I followed Brianna all through the process until she was sent home, rooting her on! She's a gorgeous, formally trained dancer that DCC head coach Kellie Finglass felt was too classical for the Cowboys. However, she was a Finglass favorite throughout auditions, so Finglass recommended Brianna work on expanding her dance repertoire and try out again in the future.
