South Jersey Shopping Center Expanding to Include Shake Shack, Trader Joe’s, and More

There are a lot of new additions coming to Shoppes at Garden State Plaza in Cherry Hill.

Fans of the hamburgery Shake Shack and the grocery market Trader Joe's will no longer have to travel down Route 70 to Route 73 to get their fix since both are being added to Shoppes Garden State Plaza. TJ Maxx and HomeGoods will also be added.

With blueprints already in place, there's a good chance all these store fronts (being constructed on a patch previously meant for townhouse development) could be open in early 2019.

Cherry Hill Mayor Chuck Cahn tells NJPen.com that he's thrilled to have these retailers joining the shopping center, saying, “Having the [Cherry Hill] mall nearby and the amount of success up and down Haddonfield Road certainly adds to it".
