Scary Footage of Monstrous Tornado in Sewell, NJ [VIDEO]
It's been an uncertain afternoon for some residents of South Jersey as Tropical Storm Ida moves in, bringing with it severe weather like this huge tornado spotted in Gloucester County.
Sewell resident Logan Wilson caught this cyclone on video around the time it was confirmed to have touched down in nearby Woodbury Heights at 6:32 p.m., 6abc.com reports.
Wilson captured an almost black and wide funnel cloud, shared by 6abc on Instagram, that appeared to be moving quickly.
Additionally, Dale Douglas shared photos with 6abc.com homes in Mullica Hill nearly destroyed by the tornado. The damage, which you can see below, appears to be significant.
Please pay close attention to weather alerts, and move to an area of safety (basement, hallway, away from windows) if you hear of a tornado watch.
