Dancing With The Stars may be planning a special All-Star version of the ABC hit show, with popular celebrities from seasons past coming back for a 2nd Chance to attempt to win the Mirror Ball Trophy.  What has taken ABC so long to get this idea going?

The buzz here was launched when Extra host and Season 3 runner-up Mario Lopez said he was called by the "DWTS" crew for another potential go-round.  Lopez spoke on Live With Kelly on Wednesday and stated that he is not sure about being able to pull it off.

Lopez would be an obvious choice to reunite with Karina Smiroff - daily updates on Extra, could resurrect his reality series for VH1 under a new title, and was extremely popular the season Emmit Smith won the competition.

Flank Lopez with this "Notorious Nine", and you should see ratings for the show rebound nicely for ABC:

Stacey Keibler -- 3rd Place in Season 2, and now George Clooney's girlfriend.  Surrounded by the A-List would bring major appeal for ABC to get the forer WWE Diva back with Tony Dovolani.  (Chances are 50-50 here)

Joey Fatone -- Season 4 Runner-Up has been doing some low budget films since 2007, but was absolutely charming on the Food Network's Rachel vs. Guy Celebrity Cook Off recently.  Throw a curve here and give Joey the return of Julianne Hough, and you have the dancing couple that will charm the audience.  (Chances - Joey would be 80%, but Hough is like 30%)

Marie Osmond -- Yes she did pass out during an episode of Season 5, but she still finished 3rd with Johnathan Roberts, and has parlayed DWTS into her own talk show out later this year.  She could use some press, and needs to match brother Donny who won Season 9.  (Chances are 90% if she can find the time - she should find the time!)

Kelly Osbourne -- The surprise of Season 9 who has kept herself in dancing shape since '09.  Could lightning strike twice with Louis Van Amstel?  She could be motivated to prove her point again!  (Chances seem to be 80%)

Erin Andrews -- The ESPN reporter (part of the ABC family of networks) scored rumors of her and Maksim Chmerkovskiy becoming "chummy", and a 3rd Place finish in Season 10.  Nicole Scherzinger was practically a pro that season, and Evan Lysecek had dancing skills on ice.  Can Erin win with a 2nd chance?  (Chances here are 50-50 because Andrews has been used a great deal by ESPN since Dancing)

Ralph Macchio -- An injury cost him his chance at winning in Season 12.  He could be the most deserving of another shot, and many would love to see it.  (chances should be 70% - depending upon whether Ralph's body can hold up)

John O'Hurley -- Many felt he should have won Season 1, but does he feel he was robbed?  Will that motive him toward another go round?  Hard Core fans would love to see it!  (Chances are 67%)

Shannon Elizabeth -- Just did American Reunion, plays a great deal of poker, but needs to have Derek Hough make up for one of his worst finishes of his DWTS career.  The duo was 6th in Season 6.  (Chances are 90%)

Warren Sapp -- The biggest dancer ever from the NFL filed for bankruptcy within the last year.  The 300+pound former defensive end was Season 7 Runner-Up and good use a lift.  (Chances would be almost 100%)

Who do you think should come back for another chance on Dancing With The Stars?  Feel free to discuss!
