Local Police Respond to School Bus Engulfed in Flames [VIDEO]

Police responded to a vehicle fire early yesterday morning that sounded quite scary.

Fortunately, nobody was in the school bus that was engulfed in flames. Prior to the fire, the bus driver of Toms River school bus 279 knew something was wrong when she started to smell something burning, and immediately pulled over.

Both the driver and the school aide exited the vehicle.  Soon after that, the bus went up in flames!  Here is footage from Fox 29 News:

The blaze was able to be extinguished by the Pleasant Plains Fire Company.
