Peeping Tom Spotted Filming Customers at a South Jersey Target Store

A man was detected filming customers inside a local Target store.

Well, this is creepy.

The incident occurred Thursday, February 7 at the Target in Voorhees, Camden County when a witness spotted a man videoing customers shopping, according to 6abc.com.
