Pedestrian Struck and Killed by NJ Transit Bus in Voorhees

A deadly crash near Voohees Town Center involving a New Jersey Transit bus and a pedestrian is under investigation.

The accident happened approximately 1:40 p.m. Tuesday in front of the Boscov's department store, Courier Post reports. The parking lot was blocked to drivers for a time, and the victim was pronounced dead at the scene, according to 6abc.com. Police have not divulged what led to the crash or the identity of the person killed.
