Authorities say a man from Pleasantville was injured in a crash on the Black Horse Pike Sunday evening.

According to the Pleasantville Police Department, the accident happened just after 5 PM Sunday in the 700 block of the West Black Horse Pike.

A Dodge Ram driven by Jermaine Sinclair (36-year-old of Greenwich, NJ) was traveling east on BHP. A pedestrian, Frank Guenther (35 yo of Pleasantville), was walking west on the BHP on the shoulder. Guenther walked into Sinclair’s lane of travel and collided with the front passenger fender and mirror.

Police say Gunther sustained non-life-threatening lacerations to the right side of his head. He was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center-City Division for treatment.

Sinclair was not injured.
