New Jersey Sheriff's Deputy Had Sex with Teen and Posted Video

Joshua Padilla was arrested as part of an undercover sting.

The 33-year-old, who is a Sheriff's deputy Middlesex County, is facing charges of unlawful contact with a minor, obscene materials and other sexual performances, sexual abuse of children, and manufacturing, disseminating and possessing child pornography, after he posted video online of himself having sex with a 17-year-old.

An undercover police officer posing as a 14-year-old girl reportedly led Padilla's arrest, according to 6abc.com.

Padilla, of Eatontown, P.A., is awaiting extradition back to New Jersey.
