Uh-oh! Looks like this New Jersey Santa may end up on the naughty list after police officers found drug paraphernalia at a traffic stop.

Sorry for the pun, but how could you not?!

According to reports, police officers stopped 66-year-old Charles R. Smith for a simple motor vehicle violation off Route 46. Apparently, the officer discovered a crack pipe which encouraged them to do a deeper search.

Along with the crack pipe, a hypodermic needle, empty drug bags and other paraphernalia were found. I should also mention the crack pipe was found right next to Smith's Santa Claus Costume.

For now, he's being charged for the aforementioned things found in his car. But other reports have been unable to reach out for comment.

Still, just imagine having THAT image of Santa growing up. Yikes.
