More Details Emerging Behind Whitney Houston’s Death

TMZ has obtained the final autopsy report for Whitney Houston yesterday. 

The final report stated that a "spoon with a white crystal-like substance on it" and a "white powdery substance" which was later tested and determined to be cocaine, was found in the hotel room where the pop icon died.  The singer's official cause of death is still listed as accidental drowning.
