Police in Vineland, Cumberland County are warning residents of a thief who may be sporting lushes lashes.

According to the PressofAtlanticCity.com, a white male in his 20's or 30's and possibly sporting black mascara, burglarized the home of an elderly woman around 3 p.m. Monday on West Walnut Road.

The man lured the victim from her home saying he needed to inspect the property line of her home.  The woman returned to her home minutes later to find several rooms ransacked, and nearly $1,000 worth in jewelry stolen.

The suspect is estimated to be about 5-feet 10-inches tall with brown hair and thin, clean-shaven face, and possibly mascara.

Anyone with information about the suspect can call the city’s Police Department at 856-691-4111. Crime Stoppers of Vineland is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the suspect’s arrest and conviction.
