After serving four years in person for assaulting his girlfriend, a man filed a civil suit against this Pennsylvania casino for serving "too many free drinks."

Reportedly, the last thing Nicholas Mullins could remember was spilling his drink over a poker table at the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem. Later that night, he brutally assaulted his girlfriend in their hotel room leaving her with life-threatening injuries.

Now after four years, he claims the 15 double whiskeys served to him caused the assault. The Sands has denied any wrongdoing, saying that he alone was responsible for what transpired.

So, how does the judge rule?

On Wednesday, Northampton Judge Paula Roscioli ruled Mullins had no one to blame but himself, and tossed the suit out the window (not literally, btw).

But, Mullins defense attorney, Stuart Niemtzow, isn't going to stop fighting. He claims his client, Mullins is unable to find a job after serving time in prison. Looks like there may be an appeal in the future.

What do you think? Who is in the wrong here: Nicholas Mullins or the Sands?
