A Doctor Basically Ordered Kim Kardashian To Stop Taking Selfies

Not even a medical prescription can keep Kim Kardashian from taking selfies.

In a clip from an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the reality TV star and fashion mogul reveals that her doctor actually ordered her to take a break from snapping selfies in order to heal her wrist.

Fortunately, Kim is enterprising and quickly figures out a way to keep her social media game strong without further injuring her hand.

"My hand hurts. I forgot my brace," Kim tells sister Khloe Kardashian and mom Kris Jenner in the clip posted to E!.

"Will you come over here and help me?" she then asks a KUWTK crew member named Paxy. "The doctor says I can only hold my phone like this, so I'm having Paxy take my pics so I can rest my hands."

When Paxy begins taking photos for Kim's Instagram, though, Kris gets a little jealous, admitting in a vignette, "I'm definitely gonna poach Paxy to be my selfie assistant."
