Justin Bieber Fans Take Over Atlantic City Boardwalk [PHOTOS]

It seemed like the entire city was out on the boardwalk ahead of the big Justin Bieber show on Friday night. SoJO On-The-Go and 'Social' Spring mingled with fans of all ages, while many took advantage of our special photo op with the 'Biebs'.
