Justin Bieber Announces He’s Retiring

Justin Bieber is threatening retirement.  The pop phenom took to Twitter on Christmas Eve to announce that he's ready for a break.  Do you 'Believe' him or not?

Late Tuesday night Bieber tweeted:

Justin's potentially fan-devastating new on Christmas Eve came on the night before the theatrical release of the 'Justin Bieber's Believe' and it was the day after his new collection album 'Journals' was released on iTunes.
