Wawa Recalls These Products In Atlantic County, NJ & 4 States

We have learned that Wawa has issued a recall warning to customers about certain milk products. It affects 4 states, including New Jersey and right here in Atlantic County.

Potential Choking Hazard

The recall warning concerns a potential choking hazard and not any issue regarding the safety of the actual milk products.

The problem is that pieces of soft plastic have been found in some products, which if inadvertently swelled, could lead to a choking episode.

• Pennsylvania
• Delaware
• Maryland

All of these potentially affected products have been removed from all impacted stores and thrown away just to be safe.
