A published report says a man from Pennsauken has been charged in connection to a fatal hit-and-run crash in Gloucester County this past summer.

According to NJ.com, 61-year-old John J. Bintliff was allegedly driving a van that struck and killed a 45-year-old Williamstown man as he crossed the Black Horse Pike near Corkery Lane on August 4th.

Using nearby surveillance video footage, authorities were able to locate the owner of the van who told them he had lent that vehicle to Bintliff so he could do some construction work at a home in Williamstown.
