Atlantic County, New Jersey Sheriff Joe O’Donoghue has announced the latest arrests for February 2-12, 2026 as follows:

February 2, 2026

Regina Hammie, 43 years old, from Atlantic City, New Jersey was arrested in Atlantic City (Det. P. Burgan, Det. M. Brown & Det. B. Martyn) on non-support totaling $ 8,592.77.

Desmond F. Hines, 56 years old, from Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey was arrested in Egg Harbor Township (Det. S. Jinks, Det. J. Cintron & Det. P. Burgan m) on a Superior Court warrant for Narcotics.

Dwight McQueen, 57 years old, from Pleasantville, New Jersey, was arrested in Pleasantville (Det. P. Burgan, Det. M. Brown & Det. S. Jinks) on a Superior Court warrant for Possession of CDS.

February 3, 2026

Aja Powell, 47 years old, from Landover Hills, Maryland, was arrested in Hamilton Township (S/O A. Dao) on 3 municipal warrants issued by Atlantic City Joint in the amount of $ 4,500.00.

Marvin Washington, 59 years old, from Atlantic City, New Jersey, was arrested in Atlantic City (Det. P. Burgan, Det. M. Brown & Det. S. Jinks) on a Superior Court warrant for Receiving Stolen Property and Unlawful Taking.

February 4, 2026

Ronald M. Blackwell, 34 years old, from Somers Point, New Jersey, was arrested in Atlantic City (Det. S. Jinks and Det. M. Brown) on 2 Superior Court warrants for Narcotics and Shoplifting.

Krystle R. Blount, 40 years old, from Atlantic City, New Jersey was arrested in Atlantic City (S/O D. Smith and S/O T. Hoang) on a municipal warrant issued by Atlantic City Joint totaling $ 1,500.00.

February 5, 2026

William A. Hall, 55 years old, from  Waretown, New Jersey, was arrested in Atlantic City (Det. T. Paige and Det. B. Martyn) on 5 Superior Court warrants for Possession of CDS.

Nelson L. Hook, 44 years old, from Bridgeton, New Jersey, was arrested in Egg Harbor Township (Det. T. Paige and Det. B. Martyn), on 3 non-support warrants totaling $ 32,146.85 and 2 municipal warrants issued by Winslow Twp. totaling $ 600.00.

Haquim A. Torres, 40 years old, from Buena, New Jersey, was arrested in Buena (Det. T. Paige and Det. B. Martyn) on non-support, totaling $  7,056.00.

Gerson R. Urbinapadila, 30 years old, from Galloway, Township, New Jersey, was arrested in Hamilton Township, (S/O S. Lisi) on a municipal warrant issued by Atlantic City Joint, totaling $ 350.00.

Ronald Dunbar, 45 years old, from Atlantic City, New Jersey, was arrested in Atlantic City by S/O B. Kempton on a municipal warrant issued by Atlantic City Joint, totaling $  1,505.00.

Steven Boechat, 33 years old, from Atlantic City, New Jersey was arrested in Atlantic City (Det. T. Paige and Det. B. Martyn) on a Superior Court warrant for Aggravated Assault on a Health Care Worker.

Joseph Vernacchio, 59 years old, from Atlantic City, New Jersey, was arrested in Atlantic City (S/O J. Liberty and S/O J. Gerner) on a municipal warrant issued by Lindenwold.

February 10, 2026

Justin Deleon, 38 years old, from Atlantic City, New Jersey, was arrested in Atlantic City (S/O J. Gerner and S/O J. Liberty) on a municipal warrant issued by County Central, totaling $ 1,500.00.

Michael Celado-Tejeda, 37 years old, from Pleasantville, New Jersey, was arrested in Atlantic City (S/O A. Freeto and S/O A. Banaga) on 2 non-support warrants in the amount of totaling $ 16,170.80.
