Cherry Hill, NJ, Police Arrest 2 Men Wanted in Armed Carjacking
Authorities in Camden County say two men wanted in connection to an armed carjacking in Cherry Hill earlier this month have been arrested.
The incident happened around 9:30 Saturday night, February 3rd, at the Waterford Apartments on the 100 block of Park Blvd.
According to the Cherry Hill Police Department, a pizza delivery driver was making a delivery when two men approached him.
The suspects, who brandished a handgun, demanded the victim turn over the contents of his pockets, including the keys to his vehicle.
When the suspects couldn't locate the vehicle, they fled the area.
Police say the victim was not injured during the incident.
2 Arrested
Following an investigation by detectives with the Cherry Hill Police Department, 35-year-old Hakiem White of Philadelphia and 25-year-old Saivon Norman of Collingswood were charged with first-degree carjacking and robbery.
