The taste, texture and sauce is perfect every time. If you want one, order early. Meatball subs are available, starting at 11:00 a.m., as they are cooked fresh every day.

Capriccio Italian Restaurant — Resorts Casino Hotel, Atlantic City, New Jersey

Capriccio Italian Restaurant is one of the finest restaurants in America.

Their meatballs are simply magnificent, as is every dish that serve.

Congress Hall Boiler Room — Cape May, New Jersey

These Congress Hall, Boiler Room meatballs are fabulous.

You just grab them by the fancy tooth pick and devour them in one bite.

They explode with flavor, a delicious appetizer that you can share with your fellow guests.

Capri Pizza — Northfield, New Jersey

Owner — Operator Rocco Giugliano has been perfecting his meatballs for more than 50 years.

The taste, texture and sauce are a perfect blend together.

Johnny B’s Firehouse Meatballs

Johnny Brenner is a retired Atlantic City Professional Firefighters Captain.

I have loved his meatballs from the guest time that I had one.

He makes them with various meats, according to your taste buds … including chicken meatballs for those who don’t eat beef, pork or veal.

Johnny B packs them with a nice amount if his own homemade sauce.

Suggestion: when you buy Johnny’s meatballs, purchase a large jar of his homemade sauce, and you will have a great meal, pairing these with your favorite pasta.
